No Binge Day One

So I have been binging basically everyday, all day because of a mixture of boredom and working a job where I sit on my behind, with no meaningful work to distract me has lead to the perfect storm of eating even when I’m not hungry. Well today it STOPS!  I am making today the day where I do not binge and eat everything in sight, and I am working on finding a Zumba class this afternoon (If I’m not falling asleep after working until 4am and manual labor for another 5 hours), but I will not binge!
